Straughn dominated 3A Geneva in week
one and without the benefit of a preseason jamboree - used the game to
set the team's foundation moving forward. The Tigers jumped out
quickly scoring three plays into last week's game building a 34-0
advantage.
This week's contest will be
more difficult with a St. James team hurting after giving up the
win in the final 2 minutes of their contest against Trinity.
The Trojans scored at 2:35, but Trinity drove their ensuing
possession the length of the field to win 20-16.
